User Terms

You (the “User”) agree to abide by the terms established herein for use of PMP Exam Prep (“the App”). This document covers issues such as your terms of use, our use of your information, our intellectual property, and the User’s and our mutual legal rights.

Users agree to hold PMP Exam Prep and its assigns harmless from claims arising from the User's use of its products.

Users may:

• Install the basic version of the App on multiple devices
• Spread the word about the usefulness of PMP Exam Prep

Users may not:

• Install the Purchased version of the App on more than one device, per Paid (Premium) account
• Share login information for the Paid (Premium) version of the App
• Reproduce parts of this App, to include our technology, questions and answers as written, or user interface
• Provide inaccurate billing or contact information
  

Violating these terms may result in termination of Services. Articles not covered herein shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and local laws of the State of Virginia.

Our Terms:

Errors and inaccuracies related to product questions, answers, and their applicability to the PMP® exam may exist. We are human! (Generally). Help us correct errors by contacting us at admin@silhouettegraphics.com.

We may change the App, our Policies, or exam content at any time. Users must self-inform for updates.

We may refund the purchase price of the App up to and including the 24-hour period from purchase when made errantly.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, used, and protected by the App and on our servers:

For payment history and refund purposes, we maintain user data that include information provided when registering, such as your name, email address, and payment information.

We may collect other information including your device type and identifier, IP address, OS, and usage patterns for purposes including but not limited to personalizing the User experience, improving our services, communicating with you, and providing support.

We will share your information with third parties only to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights or property, or when in connection with an acquisition or sale of assets.

You may ask us to remove all user data by contacting us at admin@silhouettegraphics.com. This will result in cancelation without refund of the Paid (Premium) version of the App.

Security Policy

We employ security measures to protect user information and ensure the security of financial transactions.

Security measures implemented by the App include: end-to-end encryption, secure authentication, on-device data encryption, secure API and coding practices, and ad-hoc security audit, penetration testing, permissions management, and security updates.

Security measures implemented by the (Apple App Store/ Google Play Store) safeguard user information and financial transactions through measures such as SSL encryption, multifactor authentication, payment tokenization, and further adherence to legal regulations. The role of the (Apple App Store/Play Store) in ensuring security includes but is not limited to the: App review process, code signing and authentication, secure distribution, in-App purchase security, security policies, updates, compliance, and guidelines, device compatibility and OS version checks, and other items that are beyond the scope of this Policy.
